The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols. Take dental X-rays and ensure proper documentation of medical records. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient histories and treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction. Monitor vital signs as needed during procedures. Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality care in both general dentistry and pediatrics. Qualifications Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with dental clinic operations. Experience with X-ray procedures is preferred. Knowledge of medical records management and medical terminology is advantageous. Ability to assist in various dental procedures, including general dentistry and pediatric care. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining medical documentation.
