The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the Dentist during various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols. Take dental imaging as required, ensuring accurate positioning and patient comfort. Maintain accurate dental records and assist with dental coding as necessary. Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency. Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene practices. Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow within the office systems, Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications: Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental practices. Experience in infection control protocols within a clinical setting. Familiarity with dental records management and coding processes. Proficiency in dental imaging techniques is preferred. Previous experience in assisting during dental procedures is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
