PM Responsibilities:
Build rapport with patients and prepare them for dental procedures. Take and monitor vital signs, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Review and discuss patients’ medical histories effectively. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exhibit strong organizational abilities and familiarity with dental software and equipment. Responsible for the setup/breakdown of procedures, including proper disposal of biohazards. Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, adhering to all infection control procedures. Complete clerical reporting on a daily/monthly basis.

Current Dental Assistant License / DANB required. Minimum of 2 years of experience required. X-Ray Certification required. CPR/BLS Certification required. Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting. N202 Certification required. DAANCE Certification required. Completion of a Sedation Course required.
