Our fun, energetic, and caring pediatric dental office is looking for an experienced bilingual dental assistant (Spanish/English) to join our amazing team!

Take and record vital signs of patients prior to treatment. Utilize dental terminology effectively when communicating with both patients and team members. Operate Dental software for patient management, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient records. Perform medical imaging tasks, including X-rays, while adhering to safety protocols. Implement infection control procedures to maintain a sterile environment in the dental clinic. Support the dental receptionist with administrative tasks as needed, including patient check-in and check-out processes. Understand and apply medical terminology relevant to pediatric dentistry. Skills Proficiency in assisting during dental procedures with a focus on pediatric care. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and recording techniques. Familiarity with dental terminology, enhancing communication within the clinic. Experience using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is preferred. Ability to perform medical imaging safely and accurately. Strong understanding of infection control practices within a clinical setting. Experience working in a dental clinic environment is advantageous. Capability to assist with receptionist duties when required, demonstrating versatility within the team. Solid grasp of medical terminology related to dentistry will be beneficial.
