The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience during their visits. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others in a clinical setting. Duties Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and treatments. Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Manage patient records, including medical history and treatment plans, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Schedule appointments and manage the front desk as required. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the clinic. Skills Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures. Familiarity with Prosthodontics is a plus. Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health. Experience with Open Dental for managing medical records is advantageous. Ability to operate 3D scanners for advanced imaging techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and managing appointments.
