Dental Assistant Luvic Advanced Dentistry 2000 NW 87th Avenue, Doral, FL 33172 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and supporting our dental team. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient confidentiality. Duties Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient comfort. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Take and record vital signs of patients as needed, ensuring accurate documentation. Manage patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Mouth Scan and be familiar with iTero is a plus Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Experience Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with dental software system Eaglesoft is a plus Knowledge of infection control procedures and HIPAA compliance is essential. Experience in pediatric dentistry is advantageous but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are vital for success in this role.
