Summary We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at Miami Dental Inc. In this role, you will support our dental professionals in delivering top-notch patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the clinic. Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring necessary supplies are available. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments. Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Dental Assistant preferred. Experience in a dental clinic setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment is essential. Familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix software is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients and staff.
