Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Dental Assistant who brings experience in oral surgery and general dentistry , with a working knowledge of dental lab techniques . The ideal candidate is a quick learner , takes initiative, is well-organized, and demonstrates leadership qualities. This is a unique opportunity to advance your clinical skills—including training in IV placement, cardiac monitoring, and emergency management —while working alongside a top-tier surgical team.

Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting during oral surgery and general dental procedures Prepare and maintain surgical setups and sterile environments Assist with intraoral scanning and dental implant procedures Take and submit X-rays and CBCT scans Communicate clearly with patients and the clinical team Assist with dental lab tasks such as fabricating 3D Printer models, adjusting appliances, and simple fabrication Maintain accurate documentation and digital charting Follow infection control and OSHA standards Travel to Fort Lauderdale location once per month as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a dental assistant (oral surgery and/or general dentistry preferred) Lab technician skills (model work, basic prosthetics, appliance adjustments) Comfortable using intraoral scanners (e.g., Planmeca, Medit, etc.) Familiarity with dental implants and surgical workflows Radiology certification required CPR/BLS certification Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Willingness to learn IV placement and cardiac monitoring (training provided) Leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative
