We are an established state-of-the-art dental practice located in the heart of Metrowest. Our doctors have been featured in Orlando magazine and recognized as the top 40 dentists. The right candidate should have some administrative dental experience. being cross trained would be a plus .Experience with dental software is preferred however we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, organized , and genuinely enjoys working with others. Completing tasks in a timely manner, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals is a requirement. Mosaic Dental Center is ultimately looking for a team player who will willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the organization’s mission and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Schedule appointments for patients based on availability and preferences. Verifying patient information and updating patient records. Assist in the preparation of patient charts. Manage and track patient financial accounts. Operate telephone queue and use superior phone etiquette Entering consumers into the POS system-Knowledge of Eaglesoft a bonus. Collecting and processing insurance information. Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders. Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments. Provide support to patients checking in and out Updating patient information Insurance verification Collect payments Confirm appointments Return emails, calls, and texts throughout the day Data entry Scanning documents (we are a paperless office) And any duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
