Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and confident Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the dental assisting team to maintain efficiency, quality control, and smooth clinical flow.
- Oversee patient prep, operatory readiness, sterilization protocols, and clinical inventory systems.
- Mentor junior assistants on imaging, scanning, documentation, chairside skills, and patient engagement.
- Ensure assistants are aligned with the brand experience—calm, professional, and intentional in every interaction.
- Assist the doctor with complex procedures including implants, full-arch cases, and digital workflows.
- Ensure every patient encounter is anxiety-free, comfortable, and leaves them raving about their experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a dental assistant; EFDA certification preferred.
- Proficiency in digital scanning (e.g., Trios), CT capture, intraoral imaging, and assisting in implant surgeries.
- Natural leader with excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing elevated patient care.
- Comfortable training others and giving constructive feedback to uphold clinical standards.
