What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience as a chairside dental assistant Mastery of 4-handed dentistry – anticipate the next move, not react to it Strong clinical skills in: Temporary crown fabrication Endodontic setup and assistance Surgical procedures and post-op protocols A team player who is also a natural teacher, someone excited to mentor junior assistants Detail-obsessed with documentation, infection control, and sterilization standards Confident with dental software, digital x-rays, and intraoral imaging
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide expert-level support during surgical and restorative procedures Ensure a seamless patient experience from start to finish Train and coach less experienced assistants on technique and protocol Support the doctor in keeping each procedure on time and on point Own the operatory setup, turnover, and patient handoff process with pride
