You should be someone who sees a few steps ahead, solves problems before they’re problems, and keeps things moving smoothly in a fast-paced, detail-heavy setting. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting dentists chairside during all types of procedures Keeping treatment rooms prepped, clean, and fully stocked Taking high-quality digital X-rays (you must be radiology certified) Fabricating flawless temporary crowns and restorations Keeping charts and treatment notes tight and accurate Helping patients understand their treatment and post-care instructions Delivering white-glove customer service in a PPO and fee-for-service setup Following a single-column care model (one provider, one patient—high focus) Taking direction like a pro and always staying one step ahead What You Bring At least 1 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a high-end practice EFDA and radiology certification Skilled in making temp crowns and temp restorations Bonus points if you’re fluent in Dentrix Strong attention to detail, common sense, and solid intuition Great listener, fast learner, and even faster doer Live within 10-17 miles of our office (commute matters!)
