From prepping treatment rooms to educating patients, your presence will help us make every visit comfortable and positive.
What You’ll Do:
Prep for
Success:
Sterilize instruments and set up treatment rooms
Chairside Support:
Assist the dentist during procedures (hand instruments, suction, etc.)
Patient Communication:
Take medical histories, record vital signs, and help patients feel at ease
Front Office Flexibility:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage patient records
Educate Patients:
Explain post-op instructions and oral hygiene techniques
Maintain Compliance:
Follow HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols
Lab Tasks:
Help with models, temps, and lab case management
What We’re Looking For:
Proficient in dental software (Dentrix experience preferred) Strong understanding of dental and medical terminology Excellent communication and people skills Skilled at taking vital signs and recording patient histories Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols A quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude Prior dental assisting experience required

7:30 AM – 5:00
PM Fri:
