Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable and enthusiastic orthodontic assistant who can also take on receptionist duties and local marketing responsibilities. This is a unique, 3-4-day-a-week hybrid role for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats – from assisting with patients to building relationships with local schools, dental offices, and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with orthodontic patients during scheduled clinic days Deliver retainers and handle minor emergencies on off-clinic days Restock supplies and manage inventory Perform general administrative and receptionist tasks Market our office to local schools, dentists, and the community Help maintain a positive and professional presence in

Boca Raton Ideal Candidate:

Has orthodontic or dental assisting experience (required) Is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred but not required) Feels at home in Boca Raton or is genuinely plugged into the community Enjoys interacting with people and can represent our brand in a warm, approachable way Is comfortable working independently between patient days Can problem-solve and prioritize tasks with little supervision
