The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the clinic while providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with dentists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality dental services in a supportive and friendly environment. Duties Assist dentists during various procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with clinic protocols. Monitor and record vital signs as needed before, during, and after treatments. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and infection control. Support pediatric dentistry efforts by providing compassionate care to young patients. Utilize dental software such as Epic for scheduling appointments and managing patient information. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with general dentistry practices, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Proficiency in medical documentation processes. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and the ability to monitor vital signs. Previous experience with four-handed dentistry is highly desirable.
