Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures Anticipate dentist’s needs and ensure efficient patient flow Take digital X-rays and intraoral images as needed Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and operatories Review and update patient charts and medical histories Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care Assist in front desk tasks when needed (scheduling, treatment planning) Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance in all areas

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant Active Dental Assistant certification X-ray certification (required) CPR/BLS certification Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental) Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization techniques

Preferred:

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification Bilingual (Spanish) Experience in crown and bridge,
