We are a FAMILY owned, Pediatric and Orthodontic practice, with 1 location. We are seeking a team member who is detail oriented, organized, positive, and has a passion for excellent customer service with a SMILE. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and ideally have nitrous certification or working towards obtaining this training. Bilingual Helpful English/Spanish Compensation negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities Intake patient routing slips & registration forms, scheduling, answering phones, verifying insurance Review medical history and update charts Expose radiographs and assist chairside pediatric treatments Educate patients on treatment recommendations & basic financial breakdowns on treatment plan proposals Willing to be Cross-trained in orthodontics Strive to create positive patient interaction for all ages!
