Endodontic Dental Assistant Oviedo Endodontics 997 West Broadway Street, Oviedo, FL 32765 Job Summary Oviedo Endodontics is in search of an additional Dental Assistant! You must have exceptional customer service skills, be personable , a team player but most importantly have fun doing what you love! Responsibilities Assisting Drs. with procedures Sterilization of Instruments Acquiring CBCTs and Periapical Images Documenting procedure notes and letters to referring doctors. Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members to develop treatment plans and provide exceptional patient experiences. Ensure proper use of dental software systems for scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping. Requirements (Endo experience preferred but not required) Proficient knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy. Experience with medical documentation practices in a dental clinic setting. Familiarity with PBSEndo/Curve or similar dental management software is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
