The Role:
As a Hygiene Dental Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our hygiene team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding patient interactions.
You’ll:
Keep the hygienist on schedule and optimize daily flow Take dental X‑rays Schedule appointments and manage the hygiene recall system Review treatment plans with patients and answer questions Collect copays and handle point‑of‑sale transactions Collaborate closely with the hygienist to maintain productivity and a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Highly motivated, timely, and dependable Excellent communication skills and a patient‑first attitude Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and goal‑driven team player Able to work without micromanagement Experience with EagleSoft is a plus, but not required
