Duties Lead and mentor the clinical team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Oversee the use of advanced systems and technologies, including 3D scanners, to enhance orthodontic treatments. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with dental regulations. Assist in four-handed dentistry procedures, ensuring optimal support for the orthodontist during treatments. Collaborate with pediatric patients and their families to provide a comfortable and informative experience. Conduct vital signs assessments as part of patient evaluations. Utilize Eaglesoft software for managing patient records and scheduling appointments. Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in orthodontics to educate staff and patients effectively. Support general dentistry practices as needed, ensuring comprehensive care for all patients. Qualifications Proven experience in an Dental Assistant or dental setting, with a strong understanding of orthodontic procedures. Familiarity with systems such as Open Dental and proficiency in using 3D scanning technology. Knowledge of medical documentation practices and dental terminology is essential. Experience in is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
