About Us:
We are a patient-centered orthodontic practice with 5 offices in the Atlanta area. Our team is dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy smiles while ensuring each patient feels cared for and supported throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist in delivering exceptional clinical care to patients. Prepare and maintain treatment areas and instruments for appointments. Take and process digital X-rays, photographs, and impressions. Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care during treatment. Apply and remove orthodontic appliances such as brackets, wires, and retainers under the orthodontist’s supervision. Maintain accurate patient records in our practice management software (experience with TOPS Ortho is a plus). Support patient flow by ensuring appointments are on time and efficient. Foster a warm and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
Qualifications:
A pleasant, professional, and patient-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is greatly preferred but not required. Certification in orthodontic assisting or dental assisting (or willingness to obtain certification). Experience with TOPS Ortho practice management software or Suresmile is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required.
