Key Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient procedures. Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments. Provide excellent chairside support and patient care. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment. Take X-rays as required. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (minimum 3preferred, and 1 year surgical (perio or os)). Current certification as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Proficiency in dental software systems (Open Dental is a plus). Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and materials. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. CPR certification (preferred).
