What you’ll do… We’re looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who is ready to step into more than just a chairside role. You’ll be the anchor of the back office—making sure rooms are ready, systems are flowing, and the team is supported. You’ll assist the doctor during procedures, support your fellow assistants, and help make sure every patient has a smooth, professional experience. Pay Information Hourly Rate:

$24-$28/hour , based on experience

Performance-based opportunities available for top contributors To thrive in this role, you should have… 3+ years of experience as a dental assistant Radiology Certification (Required) EFDA/Expanded Duties Certification (Preferred) Experience with digital imaging, sterilization, and patient handoffs Strong follow-through and personal accountability Selected applicants will be invited onsite for a working interview.
