Full Job Description Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Lead Dental Assistant with excellent clinical skills and sense of clinical flow at Supreme Dental Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical flow while ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. You will work closely with our dentists and other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, providing direct assistance during procedures, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the dental assistant team, providing guidance, training, and support. Assist the dentist during various procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and more. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and ensure infection control procedures are followed. Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after dental procedures. Manage dental equipment and inventory, ensuring everything is in working order and properly stocked. Assist in the development and implementation of office protocols and patient care procedures. Help manage patient scheduling and treatment plans in collaboration with the front office team. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with digital x-rays as needed. Ensure all administrative duties related to patient care are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Keep up-to-date with new dental procedures, products, and technologies.
