We’re looking for a compassionate, growth-minded Orthodontic and Airway Dentistry Assistant to join our holistic dental family. Position Overview:
As a key part of our care team, you’ll assist in orthodontic and airway therapies with a focus on supporting proper growth, breathing, and balance in both children and adults. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a collaborative, wellness-driven environment where your impact is felt daily.
Your Role Will Include:
Assisting with functional orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, clear aligners, and early intervention appliances Supporting airway assessments and treatments related to sleep-disordered breathing and craniofacial development Taking digital scans, photographs, and CBCT images with a focus on comfort and precision Educating patients and families on the connection between oral and systemic health Helping maintain a calming, grounded, and healing-centered space for patients of all ages
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in orthodontic assisting Passionate about holistic health, wellness, and functional approaches to care Comfortable with technology and digital dentistry (iTero, CBCT, etc.) Certified in radiology (or willing to obtain) Open-minded, organized, and calm under pressure Warm, clear communicator with a love for helping people thrive
