PM Responsibilities:
Apply orthodontic techniques including tie bands, bonding, and standard braces Perform impressions and utilize Itero scanning technology Assist with Invisalign and 6-month Smiles procedures Build rapport with patients and prepare them for dental work Maintain excellent verbal and written communication Operate dental software and equipment proficiently Set up and break down procedures, including proper disposal of biohazards Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Adhere to all infection control procedures Complete daily and monthly clerical reporting
