Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The primary location is in Woburn, with occasional coverage in our Needham office. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Current Dental Assisting License (issued by the MA Board of Registration in Dentistry) BLS Certification Radiology/Exposure Certification Up-to-date Hepatitis B vaccination (per CDC guidelines) Infection Control Certification Completion of annual CE requirements EagleSoft experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and escort patients to treatment rooms, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment Prepare treatment areas, sterilize instruments, and assist the dentist during exams and procedures Provide chairside assistance and anticipate dentist’s needs to ensure optimal patient care Maintain compliance with OSHA and infection control standards Assist with appointment confirmations and patient scheduling as needed Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times Adhere to assigned schedule and demonstrate reliability and punctuality Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members Perform additional administrative or clinical duties as assigned
