At our amazing practice with amazing doctors, you will be a key member of the clinical team assisting in a wide range of dental procedures providing patients with a long-term healthy smile! You’ll be communicating with patients, assisting the patient’s comfort, educating patients, keeping on schedule, managing supplies, and complying with all regulatory guidance. Applicants must be able to work a patient schedule with 2 columns.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of a dental assistant school or training program CPR certification Radiograph/x-ray certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented Enjoys multi-tasking Motivated, friendly, and energetic Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience with practice management software, preferably
Eaglesoft Job Responsibilities:
Strict adherence to all laws, regulations, and guidance including but not limited to the following: OSHA, HIPAA, universal precautions, sharps, proper use of protective equipment, and office policies/procedures. Presents confusing or conflicting guidance to the supervisor for clarification. Promotes the company’s growth and success by contributing to the positive culture in accordance with the company’s core values, mission, and vision. Positive team player!! Assures each operatory is cleaned and sanitized, stocked with necessary instruments and supplies, and ready for patients before the patient is greeted and escorted to the operatory. Maintains focus on the patient experience, particularly with new patients, ensuring they have a great patient experience. Communicates with patients and helps make sure they are comfortable and feel like they’re welcomed and appreciated. Review patient history and document in chart. Assists in maintaining accurate dental charts and findings. Take radiographs (x-rays) per established guidelines. You will be an integral part of our team and will help provide excellent dental care to our valued patients!
