Summary As a Dental Assistant at Cedarwood Dentalcare, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental team and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Manage patient records and maintain accurate medical documentation. Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments before and after procedures. Utilize Dentrix for scheduling appointments and managing patient information. Take dental radiographs as needed. Provide support in general dentistry and prosthodontic procedures as necessary. Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required. Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus. Strong understanding of infection control practices in a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
