Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during procedures and exams. Prepare and maintain the treatment room and instruments. Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care. Manage patient records and schedule appointments. Be willing to cross train with front desk/admin.

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant certification (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (MOST important!) Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
