Growth and Development Your Impactful Role:
As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll support our dentists and hygienists while helping ensure an outstanding patient experience, from the first hello to the final follow-up. Prepare treatment rooms with the required instruments and materials Assist during procedures following NC Dental Assisting Guidelines Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and sterilization protocols Deliver exceptional patient care and communication every step of the way Perform coronal polishing (if certified) and assist with nitrous oxide (if permitted) Manage front-desk tasks including check-ins, calls, scheduling, and lab coordination Provide post-operative instructions and help patients feel confident and informed Help maintain inventory and supply ordering for smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
