We are a dedicated dental practice committed to providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Our focus is on creating a welcoming environment, where families can receive comprehensive dental services tailored to their needs. We are a high tech office with all the fun tech including Lumina iTero scanners, 3D printing, CERAC and CBCT. We routinely utilize a multi-discipline, multi-specialty approach to our patients care. with coronal polish certificate. New grads with a coronal polish certificate are welcome as we expect to train but candidates must be a self-starter with a drive to want to learn. DA I’s will not be considered for this position. High end of the compensation scale will require that a candidate be able to proficiently operate and utilize all technology modalities we utilize in the office as well as a firm grasp on all procedures we perform. Summary We are seeking a skilled, energetic and detail oriented CDA/Dental Assistant II to join our team at Signature Family Dentistry. In this role, you will support our dental professionals in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in the clinic. Spanish bilingual are encouraged to apply. Our hours are ideal for someone looking for work/life balance. Monday/ Wednesday 8:30-4 Tuesday/Thursday 8:30-3 Fridays 8:30-2 (currently we work two Fridays a month) Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Take and develop X-rays as needed for diagnostic purposes. Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as necessary. Maintain equipment per manufacturing guidelines Requirements Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role in a dental practice. Familiarity with Open Dental software is highly preferred but not necessary Knowledge of infection control procedures and dental anatomy is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
