The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy, as well as familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices. Duties Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the clinic’s calendar efficiently. Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Handle billing and insurance claims, including verification of benefits. Assist dental staff during procedures as needed, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques. Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and patient waiting room. Coordinate medical imaging appointments and ensure proper documentation is completed. Skills Proficient in assisting with various dental procedures and understanding of four-handed dentistry. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and anatomy.
