Orthodontic Assistant 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Mint Hill, NC We are looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our one of a kind, AMAZING Robinson Orthodontics team. If you are a motivated experienced clinical assistant, looking for a practice to grow with and call home, Robinson Orthodontics is the place for you! We are looking for a dynamic Orthodontic Assistant who wants to enjoy coming to work every dayand be a part of an amazing team! We are a blessed, fast-paced office and pride ourselves on our customer service, warm, welcoming atmosphere and high qualitywork. This is a full-time position with approximately 32-34hours a week, potential travel between our Mint Hill & Waxhaw locations and includes an exceptional full time benefit package including PTO, 401K, group health benefits, bonus systems, scrubs yearly, team building events and more. What We Offer Competitive salary & bonus structure Medical, dental, vision and life insurance Short and long-term disability coverage 401(k) plan 2 weeks paid time off in your first full year + paid holidays Discounts on braces and clear aligners for you and your family members What You’llDo Assistin placing and removing orthodontic appliances, and taking full records under supervision of the Orthodontist Perform accurateand efficient procedures to maintainthe schedule and patient flow Review patient charts, log appropriate patientdata and transcribe doctor notes Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of an Orthodontist Assistwith patient care & customer service Assistwith performing final checks on patients and leading patient flow Administer the remote monitoring dashboard including review/triage patient scans, respond to direct patient messages, and triage notifications Educate the patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring Clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and operatory following standard protocols Assistin Local Store Marketing and community events Adhere to all infection-control policies and protocols What You’llNeed High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of Orthodontic experience Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board CPR certification if required by state
