As a Dental Assistant with Front Desk responsibilities, you will play a vital role in shaping the patient experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into both the clinical and administrative sides of the dental profession. Every interaction matters in our practice, and we are seeking experienced dental professionals who are willing to learn and grow with us, whether experienced from the front desk or chairside, to join our committed and dynamic team.

Requirements:

1+ year of dental assisting and/or front desk experience required. X-ray certification is highly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with computer-based tasks and dental software. Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Assist the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to strict protocols. Take X-rays and digital scans as needed. Document patient information accurately in chart notes and software systems. Ensure patients feel welcome, comfortable, and informed throughout their treatment. Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow. Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect payments. Maintain accurate records and assist with updating medical history forms.
