Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant with experience in pediatric dentistry to support our dentist in providing exceptional care to our young patients. The ideal candidate is punctual, compassionate, reliable, detail-oriented, organized and has a special talent for making kids feel comfortable and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Take x-rays Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Educate parents and patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records and charts Ensure a clean, organized, and kid-friendly operatory environment Help manage patient flow and schedule efficiency
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a dental assistant in a pediatric setting Coronal polishing certification Current CPR/BLS certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—especially with children!
