Dental Assistant II Spring Hope Family Dentistry 1223 Parkside Main Street, Cary, NC 27519 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with dentists and other staff members to deliver high-quality dental services, maintain patient comfort, and support the overall efficiency of the practice. Responsibilities Assist dentists during various procedures, including examinations, and treatments, prefer someone who is CEREC trained. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft. Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the office (when needed). Experience 3+ years previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with dental software systems, particularly Eaglesoft. Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy relevant to dentistry.
