Some of the Responsibilities for this
Role :
Keeps department schedule up to date by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranges meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel reservations. Enhances the effectiveness of workflow by providing administrative support in preparing a correspondence, reports, contracts and documents; creates presentations, and organizes webinars. Plans various Professional Relations Department functions/events by coordinating logistics including catering, vendor negotiations; communicates with stakeholders and prepares invitations and follow up correspondence. Provides monthly reports regarding participating dental providers eligible for longevity awards, and coordinates distribution of awards. Supports weekly processing and submission of all claims for the NH Veterans Care Program and completes quarterly and year end data review. Skills, Abilities & Knowledge for this
Role:
Associate’s Degree in Business or related field, plus at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Must have a valid driver’s license. The Work Schedule for this
