Pediatric Dental Assistant and Front Desk Hours :

Monday 8:00 am

• 6:00pm, Tuesday 8:30 a.m
• 5:30 pm, Wednesday 1:30 pm
• 6:30pm, Friday 8:00 a.m.
• 6 :00 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m.
• 1:00 pm.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is someone who is upbeat and has a friendly personality. We are looking for is someone can provide excellent customer service. Our candidate should be a team player, has strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working both in the front and the back. The ideal candidate is someone is familiar with Dentrix software We are seeking for a candidate for a long-term position (preferably someone who can work for at least one year). We are currently seeking someone who will be available during the hours which we are open. Dental Experience Required. X-Ray License Required.

Utilizing Dentrix Software Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist dentist in extracting, restoring teeth
• Record notes in electronic chart
• Take Digital Xrays on Pediatric Patients
• Ensure Treatment Plan is attached
• Assist with other duties as assigned
• Booking appointments, Verifying Insurance, Making Adjustments to Ledgers
• Ensure Treatment Plan is attached
• Answering phone calls
• Assist with other duties as assigned
