Dental Assistant Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

Dental Assistant Lake Family Dentistry Colonia, NJ 07067 Our small office has been a fixture in the community for over 55 years and we are looking for a dental assistant to join our team! The ideal person will support our dental team in providing high-quality care to our patients while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Our office Single dentist, private dental office with a strong emphasis on patient care We perform all different dental procedures in our office from wisdom teeth, root canals, implant surgery and periodontal surgery. Responsibilities Assist the dentist chair-side during procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Take dental x-rays as needed. Manage supplies and inventory Provide excellent patient care by explaining treatment procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including dental receptionist tasks. Requirements Previous experience or training in dental assisting is preferred. NJ X-ray license is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

$16.00 – $24.00 per hour
