Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures including general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry. Oversee daily clinical operations and assist in scheduling, organizing instruments, sterilization protocols, and inventory management. Lead and mentor other dental assistants and support onboarding and training of new staff. Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document procedures in the practice management software. Take high-quality digital x-rays and impressions. Order and manage dental supplies and back-office inventory. Help with front-desk coordination as needed (cross-trained role). Ensure operatories and equipment are clean, well-stocked, and maintained. Desired Skills X-Ray Certified required (Radiology Certification) High school diploma or GED Our Hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 9am – 5

PM Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$25.00 – $32.00 per hour
