Dental Assistant Lake Placid Dental Lake Placid, NY 12946 Lake Placid Dental is looking for a skilled and passionate Dental Assistant to join our warm and supportive team immediately! Recently renovated to offer a fresh, state-of-the-art experience, our practice combines advanced technology with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Experience with Dentrix software preferred
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00
