Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Hygienist, help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental cleanings, and provide excellent patient care.

Duties:

• Prepare patients for dental cleanings by welcoming, comforting, and seating them
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Assist the hygienist by taking dental x-rays and charting
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 am
