The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient comfort. Duties Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring an efficient workflow. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance the efficiency of dental procedures. Document medical histories and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinic policies. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners and medical imaging devices such as X-rays, as needed. Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Support pediatric dentistry practices by providing compassionate care to young patients. Skills Proficient in dental assisting techniques with a solid understanding of dental terminology. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control measures within a dental clinic setting. Experience with medical documentation practices to ensure accurate patient records. Familiarity with 3D scanning technology and medical imaging processes is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
