Our mission is to deliver exceptional pediatric dental care in a playful, personalized, and welcoming environment for kids and families. As a Pediatric Dental Assistant , you will be an essential part of our founding team—not just in the treatment room, but also behind the scenes as we build and grow something special. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s excited to work closely with a passionate doctor and help shape the flow, systems, and feel of a high-quality pediatric office from the ground up. Looking for an assistant Tuesdays, Thursdays, 2 Saturdays a month and potentially Mondays Key Responsibilities Assist the pediatric dentist chairside during a variety of procedures Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment rooms Support setup and maintenance of clinical and administrative systems Help organize inventory, supplies, and equipment as the office opens Provide comfort and reassurance to pediatric patients and their families Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and aftercare instructions Maintain a clean and safe environment aligned with infection control protocols Jump in wherever needed to support a growing practice Qualifications Experience as a Dental Assistant (pediatric experience strongly preferred) Excellent communication skills and a calm, patient-friendly demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team player who is flexible and eager to help build a practice from day one Comfort working in a startup environment and taking initiative What We Offer Be part of the founding team of a high-quality pediatric dental practice Fun, positive work culture centered on kindness, communication, and trust Part-time to start, with growth into a full-time role as the practice expands Opportunity to learn and grow alongside the doctor in a collaborative setting Competitive pay based on experience Work in a brand-new, thoughtfully designed office in a vibrant neighborhood How to Apply If you’re passionate about working with kids and excited about helping a new practice grow, we’d love to hear from you.
