Position Summary:

Care AllianceHealth Center provides high-quality, comprehensive medical anddental care, patient advocacy, and related services to people whoneed them most, regardless of the ability to pay. We are currentlyhiring Certified Dental Assistants.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Must have the knowledge of dentistry related subjects, such as,dental health safety, dental terminology, dental and generalanatomy, and transcription techniques. Well-developed communicationinterpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range ofpatients is required

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Prepare andmaintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment;
• Assist withdental care during all dental clinics including chair sideassisting the dentist;
• Assist with inventory management anddental lab management and dental reception;
• Effectively interviewthe patient, evaluate medical/dental history, chief complaint, andrecord dental findings and treatment;
• Provide oral hygieneinstructions and/or explanations of prescribed treatment topatients;
• General clinic maintenance, including cleaningrestocking;
• Assure that clinic is presentable at all times;

Requirements:
