Job Summary:
As our floater, you’ll support both the clinical team and front desk, helping ensure smooth daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a team-based environment.

Summer:
Mondays & Thursdays Fall:
Opportunity to expand to include Tuesdays and Wednesdays No Fridays or weekends
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Set up and break down rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and impressions Greet and check in patients Schedule appointments and confirm treatment plans Verify insurance and collect payments Maintain clean and organized clinical and administrative areas Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements:
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience Comfortable and experienced in front desk tasks Excellent customer service skills X-ray certification is a plus Friendly, dependable, and flexible team player Strong communication and multitasking abilities Experience with Open Dental preferred Why Join Us?
