Ensure efficient procedures to maintain the doctors schedule and patient flow, minimizing patient wait time. Review patient charts, log data during exams and treatments, and transcribe doctor notes. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow OSHA and company safety policies. Promote and educate patients on the company’s services and products, addressing their questions and concerns. Verify patient health history and document appropriately. Clean and prepare operatories and sterilize equipment per OSHA guidelines. Assist in scheduling follow-up visits and tracking lab cases. Complete assigned checklists and other duties as required. Carry out daily tasks and responsibilities in order to reach KPIs as assigned by team leads.
