Position Overall requirements:

An ability to focus on and implement 5-star customer service Previous Dental Assistant Experience A positive attitude and ability to collaborate with other team members A willingness to learn and ascertain knowledge in new areas Strong verbal and communication skills Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 30lbs

Essential Functions:

Process dental instruments through sterilization Maintain a sterile environment by cleaning rooms and setting up procedures Prepare material trays and supplies for each procedure Set up treatment rooms and break down after procedures Stock rooms with supplies, organize supply orders Perform weekly/monthly maintenance on sterilization equipment Communicate with patients about pre-operative and post-operative instructions Take dental radiographs (certification process and training provided) Follow all OSHA and HIPAA guidelines for patient care services Assist chairside with clinical care team members and providers

Schedule:

Your schedule will be provided monthly based on practice needs. This position is available full time (40 hours) and is typically a 4 day work week. Our office hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, team arrival at 7:30 am. Compensation for this role varies based on experience.
