East Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry is looking to add top talent to the office! We are unlike any other dental group

• made up of 6 private practices in the greater Nashville area laser focused on operating with excellence and retaining an awesome culture. All of our offices are a modern, fun design and offer advanced dentistry. We care for patients Monday
• Thursday 7:30am
• 4:00pm, and 1 Friday a month from 7:30am
• 1pm.

Due to office growth we are wanting to add an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to handle patient care like a champ, and keep things running smooth. Our Doctor is looking forward to having a partner in procedures! Our offices? Beautifully designed, fun, patient centric, and packing all the latest tech for our awesome patients. Our group? Responsibilities:

• Captain of the patient experience.
• Craft a seamless experience by expertly preparing patients for their treatments or exams.
• Prepare for each patients arrival including set up of instruments, equipment, and materials.
• Complete dental procedures with accuracy and skill.
• Form a dynamic duo with our dentist through skillful 4-handed dentistry.
• Extend your care by providing clear and comprehensive oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions, ensuring our patients are well-informed and at ease.
• Champion accuracy by maintaining up-to-date and precise patient records.
• Ensure our patients stay on track with care by scheduling future appointments as needed.

Skills:

• Proven track record as a skilled and compassionate expanded functions dental assistant, showcasing a wealth of experience in delivering top-notch care.
• A keen grasp of health and safety regulations

• OSHA / HIPAA

• Tech-Savvy with a knack for learning and integrating new software.
• A well-organized and reliable team player, ensuring seamless operations and impeccable patient care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
• Knowledge of dental documentation and coding practices
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
